Lessons Re-Learned

Monday was a particularly long day for me, and its length was re-emphasized by some lessons I had apparently needed to re-learn:

-If you're going to charge a cell phone, make sure the charger is plugged in.

-Don't check to see if a baby's diaper is wet by blindly sticking your finger into it.  It's not going to come out just wet.

And a brand new lesson learned:

-Walk carefully around mammoth sunflowers; the giant heads are surprisingly hard.  It is not advised to connect your head with them.

  1. Thank you for making me laugh!

Maybe it's the (tired/preoccupied/pushed-to-the-limit) mommy in me that can relate to doing things that just don't make sense sometimes. :)
